1. The service

LowKeyAI (“the service”) provides a unified, pay-as-you-go API for AI models. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your API keys and password secure. All usage charged to your API keys is your responsibility. Balance credit deposits are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to: generate illegal content, violate the terms of upstream model providers, abuse rate limits, resell access without a separate agreement, or attempt to compromise the platform’s security.

4. Payments

Deposits are processed via cryptocurrency payments. Deposits are credited to your balance after blockchain confirmation. Prices for API usage are per 1M tokens as shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

5. Availability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any model. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
